Rodrigo is a highly respected and much liked figure. A regular delegate at RSA, he is an enthusiastic contributor to all aspects of the event. At heart he is a dedicated railway professional, who cares deeply about his work and the people he works with
Rodrigo spent 29 years at LRTA & LRMC Manila and was appointed as Operations Director of LRT 1 in 2016. He is currently Deputy Project Director at Oriental Consultants Global

Having been involved since the inaugural Congress in 2004, I have witnessed firsthand the evolution of AROA into a significant platform for rail operators across Asia
Being a part of AROA has been an enriching experience. Over the years, AROA has provided a dynamic environment for Railway Professionals to exchange ideas, explore new developments and collaborate on solutions that enhance railway operations across Asia

The knowledge gained through AROA events has helped us improve efficiency, safety, and customer service within our own Railway Operations and Maintenance, as well as Project Implementation
