More than 200 delegates attend the conference, including up to 150 members of the Asian Railway Operators Association - AROA
The conference includes 6 sessions with presentations covering key railway disciplines

AROA Members' Open Forum
Each session includes an AROA Member Open Forum
Up to 20 Asian Railway Operators will send Senior Managers, with relevant expertise, to attend each of the conference sessions and workshops
Ahead of the event they will be asked to supply a list of current and relevant topics for discussion
The conference Chairperson will use these topics to lead an open forum debate between all of the participants
NETWORKING
In addition to the formal setting of the conference room, delegates have ample opportunity to network & socialise with all participants
All coffee breaks, lunch & social events are held in the exhibition hall
